Methodology

Where every fact in this register comes from

A directory that won’t explain where its data comes from doesn’t deserve trust. Here is all of it: what we check, how we check it, what we don’t do, and how an error gets corrected.

What we check

01

Registry identity

Registered name, tax ID, legal form and address, read verbatim from the legal notice Spanish law (Ley 34/2002) requires every commercial website to publish. No directories, no aggregators: the source is the company itself.
02

Inclusion by declared rules

Two populations, each with its rule, declared before looking at anyone. First: the member roster of FEDEM Valencia (29 companies), in full — every member has a record. Second: operators with their own website advertising removals or small moves in Valencia, found in the documented search described below. The criteria don’t decide which records exist but what each can assert: what verified, with its source; what’s missing, said just as plainly. Today: 51 companies.
03

A source and date on every fact

Every fact links the exact URL it can be read at and the date it was checked. If a value doesn’t appear at the cited source, it isn’t published. Transport authorisation is pending a lookup in the public registry and is published as exactly that.
04

Corrections with a public note

If a fact is wrong or goes stale, it is corrected and the correction is recorded with its date, on the record itself.

What we don’t do

No star average

Republishing Google’s or Trustpilot’s averages would be unreliable and conflicts with their terms; scoring companies ourselves would be opinion without method. We link to the profiles and you read the live number there.

No selling positions

The register is alphabetical and a position cannot be bought. No company is highlighted for paying. Inclusion is not a recommendation: it means only that the company qualifies under the declared rules. What could be verified of its public record, and what it doesn’t publish, is on its record.

No collecting personal data

There are no forms that submit anything, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies. The move planner runs entirely in your browser: we don’t store what you type or pass it to anyone, because it never reaches us.

No company edits its own record

Companies can request corrections with documentation. We make them, and they are noted publicly.

The documented search

The register’s section outside the FEDEM roster was built from a search run on 8 August 2026, reproducible because the queries are published in full: “empresas de mudanzas valencia”, “mudanzas valencia”, “portes valencia”, “mudanzas baratas valencia”, “mudanzas internacionales valencia”, “removals valencia spain”, “movers valencia spain”, “man with a van valencia”, “international movers valencia”, “guardamuebles mudanzas valencia empresa”, plus follow-up queries on specific names those surfaced. Every operator advertising removals or small moves in Valencia as a primary service under its own website is in.

Excluded, with the reason recorded: lead-capture portals and comparison sites, which perform no moves; directories and aggregators; self-storage chains whose primary business is not removals; general freight forwarders; foreign firms whose Valencia link is a destination page; parked or defunct domains; namesakes from other Valencias; and operators with no website of their own, kept as a dated leads list until they have one. If you believe an operator meets the rule and is missing, write to us.

Who pays for this

Nobody

This site carries no advertising, takes no commission, sells no leads and has no arrangement with any moving company. None pays to appear, none can pay to appear, and none knows it is in the register until we add it. There is nothing to disclose because there is no money involved.

If the model ever changes, it will say so here, with the date, before anything else changes.

What this site publishes

Registry facts and documented complaints

This register publishes two different things. The first is each company’s registry data, every field carrying the URL it can be read at and the date it was checked. The second is consumer complaints, where they can be documented: dated facts, evidence a reader can verify independently, and — where there is an opinion — marked as opinion and kept apart from the record of fact.

The two are kept deliberately separate, on different routes and with different treatments: a company’s record stays neutral and factual even where a complaint about it exists, and a complaint is never presented as though it were registry data. Any company a complaint is published about is entitled to have its reply published in full and unedited, by writing to the address below.

Corrections, replies and listings

To request a correction, exercise the right of reply, or point out an error of any kind: imccnotbcc@gmail.com. Corrections are made on documentation and are noted publicly with their date.

Is your company missing from the register?

Inclusion follows declared rules, not commercial ones: appearing on the FEDEM Valencia member roster, or advertising removals or small moves in Valencia as a primary service under your own website. If your company meets either rule and isn’t listed, we’ll review it. Inclusion is free and confers no right to edit the record.
