A franchised removals brand present in several provinces. On FEDEM's Valencia roster it appears with a Vall d'Uixó (Castellón) address and phone. Its legal notice identifies the Córdoba franchisor as owner of the web content and a franchise company as handler of the data, but never the entity that performs each branch's moves: someone contracting "Mudanzas Lusan" cannot tell from the site which company they are contracting with. The mudanzaslusan.es legal notice identifies the content's owner as Mudanzas Integrales SL (tax ID B56094436, domiciled in Córdoba) and the collector of users' data as "GRUPO LUSAN FRAQUICIAS S.L." (sic). The same notice, archived on 23-08-2019, named a different company: Grupo Lusan Franquicias SL, tax ID B92543354, C/ Palma del Río 22, 29004 Málaga. The site's declared ownership has therefore moved between companies and between provinces since 2019. Which entity operates the brand's branches — the Vall d'Uixó one FEDEM lists, or any other — is identified on no page consulted, then or now. The text also cites repealed data-protection law.
