Ros Logistic
An Aldaia operator with its own client tracking app and a website funded by NextGenerationEU — which nonetheless publishes no legal notice and no privacy policy on either of its two domains despite running a working contact form: no legal name or tax ID is on record. Nor is one in the history: the web archive holds 253 captures going back to 13-11-2011 without a single legal page. Its own site gives no street address — just "SEDE: ALDAIA" — and FEDEM's roster records it with a non-existent legal form, "S.L.A", which we cite exactly as it appears. One avenue is unexhausted: NextGenerationEU beneficiaries are published by law with their name and tax ID, so the grant that funded this site should identify whoever received it.
